Bubbles of Love #Giveaway: Enter to #win Oregon Chai Tea (3 winners) #blogPOP

To me, there is nothing more relaxing than enjoying a cup of tea.  Of course, enjoying a cup of tea is a lot more fun when you are doing it with someone you love!  My husband and I will often sit together after dinner and have tea while venting about various issues we have had to deal with during the day.  The tea and the company tend to make all of life’s issues seem a little less important.  I was recently sent a selection of tea from Oregon Chai to try and my husband and I have both enjoyed them quite a bit!  If you are not familiar with Oregon Chai, here is some information about them from their website:
Our story began when one woman’s search for inspiration led her to chai. You see, our founder first tried the rich, creamy, spiced black tea that is chai on a trip to the Himalayas and it was love at first sip.  So she came home and dedicated herself to re-creating and re-perfecting this drink of all drinks. Before long, traditional chai’s American cousin, Oregon Chai, was born.

If you are not familiar with Chai tea, it is traditionally a blend of black tea with warm spices in which milk is usually added for creaminess and sometimes a touch of honey for sweetness.  The spices included in the tea are things like ginger root, cinnamon, cardamom seed, clove, and anise.

The teas that I received for review from Oregon Chai came in three varieties…one based on a traditional black tea (The Original™ Chai Tea Bags), another used yerba mate (Energía Herbal Chai Tea Bags) , and the third was made with Rooibos (Dreamscape Herbal Chai Tea Bags).  They also sell a number of tea concentrates and tea mixes as well.   They take their sustainability seriously.  The packaging material is made from recycled material and many of their ingredients are organic.

So, my opinion?  I always tend to pick green or herbal teas  so the Dreamscape and Energia were definitely my favorites.  The warm spice flavors of cardamon, cloves and cinnamon really come through in this tea.  I tried it both with milk and without and enjoyed both ways, although the milk definitely does add a nice creaminess to the experience.  I skipped the honey just because I prefer my hot teas NOT be sweet and they were enjoyable on their own without it.  Overall, the smell and flavor of the Chai tea was very warming and relaxing on a chilly winter day and would definitely make a great way to pass the time with your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day!
WIN IT:
Oregon Chai would like to give *3* of my winners each a set of this tea.  Each winner will receive the same 3 box set that I got to review.  This is a Rafflecopter giveaway.  If you do not see the entry form below just click the READ MORE text to enter.  This giveaway ends at midnight EST on February 1st.
