Summertime in Georgia is HOT and nothing tastes quite as refreshing as a tall glass of ice cold lemonade. If you look at many of the brands of premade lemonade on the market today, you will find that a lot of them use artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or the dreaded high fructose corn syrup. Those are not things I want in my refreshing glass of lemonade! When I got the chance to try Santa Cruz organic lemonade I was thrilled because this is a company I trust to use only the most natural ingredients. If you are not familiar with Santa Cruz, here is some information about them from their website:
We produce the world’s finest organic products made from the highest quality ingredients available. But making yummy organic products isn’t enough – we also work hard to raise awareness about the benefits of organic agriculture, and we run our business with a commitment to education and ecology.
Santa Cruz is dedicated to green business practices. Every year they buy enough renewable energy to produce their entire line of products. They are also an official Green-E certified business. They even recycle 96% of their refuse! This is truly a company that cares about it’s carbon footprint!
The Santa Cruz line of products contains an assortment of items that include juices, desert toppings, fruit spreads and a variety of different lemonade flavors. For my review, I received a selection of lemonade that included Peach, Mango, Original, and Raspberry. Their lemonade contains only natural juices, real cane syrup, and natural flavors. They are also gluten free, preservative free, and USDA certified organic. Flavors include Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, Peach Lemonade, Mango Lemonade, Cherry Lemonade and Limeade.

My Opinion: I loved the selection of lemonade that I was sent to try and honestly, all the flavors are absolutely delicious. They are lightly sweet with just a hint of tartness from the lemon. The fruit flavors predominate in the blended varieties but are not so strong that you cannot still taste the lemon underneath. I found them to be extremely refreshing and even my kids loved them. I would certainly reach for a bottle of this on a hot summer day!
