Earn Box Tops for Education for your child’s school using Jingit! #jingit4edu #Cbias

My kids are back in school and at the beginning of every school year there is a HUGE push to help promote the Box Tops for Education program.  I am sure everyone is familiar with the pink Box Tops programs, right?  Just clipping those Box Tops for Education off of participating General Mills products is a great way to help your school earn money!  What does this money go towards?  At my daughter’s school, they use the funds to help support technology like their interactive website and educational programs for the kids.  Well, now there is an easy way to help YOUR child’s school earn some much needed money with an app called Jingit!

What is Jingit? Jingit is an  app for iPhones and Android phones that allows brands like General Mills to pay you real, instant cash for paying attention to them. And right now they have a great promotion going on.  With this limited time offer, not only will you earn money by finding participating products in store and online, your designated school will receive Bonus Box Tops every time you do!  How does it work?  It is really simple to use!

All you have to do is download the Jingit app onto your phone, select your child’s school as your Box Tops recipient, check into Walmart using the Jingit app and then start scanning the barcodes of participating General Mills products.  There are a few short easy questions to answer after you scan an item but it only takes a few seconds and you are helping your child’s school earn some some money while you shop!  I gave it a try on my recent trip to Walmart and it was really simple to use.

The Jingit app was really easy to download and I just logged in with my Facebook account.  Once I got to Walmart, I opened up the app and checking in using Jingit.  Then, as I shopped, I scanned the barcodes of the participating products listed in the Jingit app.  Now, I have had trouble using barcode scanner apps in the past but I was pleasantly surprised at how well my iPhone read the bar codes!  Even on the frozen Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers I picked up!  You would be amazed at home many products are included in the Box Tops for Education program!  We buy Cheerios all the time and now I can send in the actual pink Box Tops for Education from the package but I can also earn eBox Tops for my child’s school with the Jingit app!

No matter what sort of products your family uses the most of, you will probably find things  in the Jingit app that you were planning on buying anyhow!  Products like Yoplait,  Fiber One Brownies, Nature Valley Oats ‘n Honey Granola Bars, Honey Nut Cheerios, Totino’s Party Pizzas, Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers, Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks and many others.  All you do is scan and go!  You earn money for engaging with brands and your school earns money via the Jingit app and Box Tops for Education!

You can also use Jingit to earn money by connecting with brands online while you are in the comfort of your own home!  Just sign up for Jingit and get started earning money.  All you do is watch some short videos, give feedback, and then you earn cash. It is really easy. Any time you see an ad with the Jingit logo online (at Walmart.com or at Jingit.com) —just click on it! That ad pays you!

Don’t forget to cut out the Box Tops for Education and send them in with your child at school.  Don’t have kids?  Consider using Jingit to help your grandkid’s school or maybe a school in your area that you know is in need of extra funding.  With the economy struggling like it is today, it is really a great idea to do everything we can to boost the financial support to our schools.  With Jingit and Box Tops for Education it is easy to donate! On my trip to Walmart I earned over $4.00 AND earned extra box tops for my daughter’s school!

Want to get started?  First you need to download the Jingit app and choose your school.  If you want to learn more about my experience with the Jingit app you can check out my Google + album.  You can also follow Jingit on Facebook and Twitter for more details about how the program works.
