The kids are back in school and that means we are back to living in just a little bit of chaos. School, scouts, sports, music and an assortment of other activities means that I am often left with a ‘to do’ list that is longer than my arm. One thing that always seems to be on my to do list is ‘go to the grocery store’. WHY? Because my daughter has a tendency to drink as much milk as humanly possible which leaves me standing in the kitchen very annoyed and holding an empty milk jug! BUT, I have discovered a solution…no, I am not going to buy her a cow but I AM starting to buy shelf stable milk to keep in the pantry! That way, when she chugs the last bit of milk in the container without telling me I don’t have to take time out to go to the grocery store when I have other places to be! I just grab the carton from the shelf and can use it for dinner!
