CleanWell Helps You Stay Germ Free Naturally!

As we enter into cold and flu season, we need to take special precautions to ensure that our families stay healthy in the coming months.  Sniffles, sneezes, stomach bugs and fevers are not fun, whether it is you or your child that is suffering.  I have tried hard to teach my kids that handwashing is the number one way to help prevent germs from making us sick.  They get home from school, they wash their hands…we wash before eating, after playing with pets or before we set the table.  Staying healthy is better than treating the illnesses we get from stray germs!  I was recently sent a selection of CleanWell products to try out with my family.  I have tried a few of these products in the past and have always loved the results. CleanWell makes a number of different products designed to keep your hands clean naturally.  They kill germs using a patented formulation of thyme oil.  They are all free of triclosan, benzalkonium chloride, and alcohol.  These products are kids safe and great for people with sensitive skin.  The active ingredient in CleanWell is biodegradable which means it breaks down quickly and completely without upsetting the natural balance of the ecosystem.  They do not test their products on animals and are cruelty free.  They also have their products tested at an outside laboratory for effectiveness so you can really trust the results!  You can choose from liquid hand sanitizers, wipes, and  hand soaps that will work both at home or on the go.

For my review, I received several different products to try out.  I was sent some natural hand soaps, the Hand Sanitizer Canister in Original Scent,  and some hand sanitizing spray.  They are all natural, non toxic and clean your hands gently without stinging or drying out your skin.  Many of the products that CleanWell offers are available not only their original scent (which is a light citrus herb) but also come in scents like vanilla orange or lavender.

So, my opinion?   First off, I love the scents of all of the products I was provided.  The original scent is a good balance between the earthy herbs and the light citrus and the orange vanilla hand soap smelled deliciously like a creamsicle.  The soaps made a wonderful lather that rinsed away cleanly and seemed to wash off all the normal dirt and grime of everyday life.  I love the convenient snap cap of the hand sanitizer which makes it easy to use one handed!  You can also rest assured that it will not be losing it’s top while it hangs out in your purse!  I always keep a hand sanitizer in my purse for emergencies!  The canister of hand sanitizing wipe lives in my car for use after pumping gas or when my kids have managed to get their snack all over their hands.  Yes, even tweens still do this!  The hand sanitizing wipes are wet enough to be effective at cleaning but not so wet they are drippy. My hands dried quickly and were not tacky at all after using.  My skin felt soft and smooth and had a nice light scent.  Overall, I loved the products I was provided from CleanWell and am happy to have a  natural way to keep my kids germ free.
