There are a lot of things I love about my husband….he is a great dad, he’s smart and funny and a hard worker, and he is awesome at picking up after himself so that I don’t have to. But what I REALLY love about my dear husband is that he is awesome about fixing things around the house. I don’t even have to make him a ‘honey do’ list because he makes one for himself! This weekend he re-caulked the bathroom tub and next weekend he is building more shelves in the closet. Needless to say, he spends a lot of time at the hardware store picking up things he needs for his list of projects. Our favorite hardware store is Ace Hardware because it is smaller than those HUGE warehouse stores but still has everything we need, including a very helpful staff! I’m the one that the honey-do list is for since I’m the “handy” one. Actually, nothing really on the list except holiday decorating. Hubby is the tech guru so we call it even.
