The last few weeks have been pretty chaotic and I have found myself grabbing more and more coffee and soda to keep me energized. As a result, I have noticed my stomach has been a bit out of wac from all of the caffeine and acidity. Or, maybe it’s the stress that is messing up my digestive system. Either way, come January I am determine to get back into my eat right and exercise routine. One of the things I plan to include in my getting healthy routine is more tea. Mainly I drink herbal tea or green tea but I am pretty flexible. Tea gifts make wonderful presents for people who want to get in shape in the new year. I have a cabinet full of tea and love sitting down to a cup of chamomile after the kids go to bed. Or, there are days when I feel a cold coming on and I choose an herbal blend to help boost my immune system. Some days when I am running around like a crazy women, I grab a bottle of iced tea from the fridge to drink on the run. If you are looking for tea gifts this holiday, or hoping to get in shape come January, you should check out the selection of teas offered by ITO EN. ITO EN offers a number of different tea products including bottled teas like TEAS’ TEA and loose leaf tea. They also offer a number of tea gifts like travel mugs, tea pots, and bagged teas. The thing I love about their bottled tea is that it is all natural. They have an assortment of green teas that use either real cane sugar, Stevia, or even an unsweetened variety. If you are looking for something a little different, try their Half & Half blends that are part lemonade or apple juice. These are a great way to get the benefits of green tea in a way that is a little bit new to your taste buds. I get bored with plain water and the Half & Half blends are the perfect combination of flavors with just a touch of sweetness. They will definitely help me cut down on the soda come January!

For loose leaf teas, you can choose from a ton of different varieties including different blends from Japan, China, India and many other areas. Their website makes choosing your tea very easy because they have a navigation menu that lets you sort by region, type of tea and even caffeine content. This is a very helpful feature that makes finding the perfect tea gifts incredibly easy. I was sent the loose leaf Jasmine tea to try out and was very pleased. There was almost no dust in this bag of tea….tiny bits of loose leaf tea is one of my biggest pet peeves! ITO EN loose leaf tea is actual leaves of tea that are rolled and dried so that when I put them in my tea strainer I am not left with tons of powder that falls into my mug. The jasmine flavor and aroma are wonderful and it was certainly a delicious way to try to relax after a day of shopping, baking, wrapping and holiday parties.
