  1. I recently experienced a personal massage and was rather uncomfortable with someone touching my face, etc. I just felt out of sorts. You have a totally different experience and your health benefits of massage make me want to try it again and get over myself. LOL

    • My first massage I was definitely nervous but I chose a female massage therapist instead (the first had been a guy and I felt awkward). I kept going to the same person for years and was completely comfortable after only a few sessions. Maybe give it a try for a few months in a row and see how you feel!

  2. I really need to go in to get a massage. I had one a while back and got all bruised up. Not sure if she didn’t know what she was doing or what. But I am so tense, it would be nice to relax.
