My kids love fruit but they love it even more when they have something tasty and sweet to dip it into! This weekend I was on my way to a party and stopped at the grocery store for a quick something to bring and thought apple slices and dip would be a good choice…until I looked at the dip ingredients! Lots of unpronounceable things like PROPYLENE GLYCOL ALGINATE. What IS that? So, I dashed back home with a few simple ingredients and made up my own! I left THAT one with the hostess (it was very well received) and then my kids were so sad it was gone I made up a new batch today! I hesitate to even call this a recipe since there are only 4 ingredients so we will merely call this a serving suggestion!

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat with electric beater or use a Kitchen Aid mixer or food processor. Mix til all the lumps are gone and everything is smooth and creamy.
