I know massage is so, so good for you, especially if you are under a lot of stress or suffering from anxiety or depression. Massage is a great way to relax. Have a great week!
I have never had a “professional” massage except for mini massages at conferences and the like. Maybe it is something I need to look into…..
I could use a massage right now. I would love to relax and have my worries rubbed away with a good massage.
I recently experienced a personal massage and was rather uncomfortable with someone touching my face, etc. I just felt out of sorts. You have a totally different experience and your health benefits of massage make me want to try it again and get over myself. LOL
My first massage I was definitely nervous but I chose a female massage therapist instead (the first had been a guy and I felt awkward). I kept going to the same person for years and was completely comfortable after only a few sessions. Maybe give it a try for a few months in a row and see how you feel!
I love massages! A dear friend of mine is a massage therapist and she makes me feel very comfortable. If I was rich I’d get a massage every week!
I really need to go in to get a massage. I had one a while back and got all bruised up. Not sure if she didn’t know what she was doing or what. But I am so tense, it would be nice to relax.
