We have done church and gifts, taken a much needed nap and are waiting impatiently for Christmas dinner to finish cooking. I finally have a quiet moment to enjoy a cup of spike coffee (YUM!) and wish you all a very merry Christmas. While decorating the tree I was moved by these 2 preschool ornaments made several years ago by my children. Decorating our tree is like a trip back in time…all the way to ornaments I made myself when I was a child. As my kids grow older and less inclined to make cute ornaments for my tree, I find myself treasuring them more and more.
Remember what is important this holiday…family, friends, our health, and the time we spend together. Remember the message that Jesus gave his life for…and do your best to live his lessons every day of the year.
