Summer Snacking with G.H. Cretors popcorn!

 

With the kids home for the summer, my house is filled with children’s voices. Those voices are either yelling at each other or asking me what is to eat! Honestly, if they aren’t fighting they are eating!

I am maintaining my sanity by keeping them well fed! Since I don’t want them filling up on junk, I make sure to always have a wide selection of healthy snacks available. Fruit, yogurt, pretzels and popcorn are all great choices  but popcorn is by far their favorite!

I was recently sent a selection of popcorn flavors from G.H. Cretors to try out and they really enjoyed helping me taste test all of the delicious flavors I received! If you haven’t heard of G.H. Cretors, here is some information about them from their website:

They use brown rice syrup instead or corn syrup to sweeten their caramel corn because it is more natural and has a lower glycemic value than corn syrup. It is also a natural source of many different minerals. G.H.Cretors products also contains NO GMO ingredients and are both Kosher and gluten free, making it a great way to snack naturally!

 

For my review, I got the chance to try each one of the G.H. Cretors natural popcorn flavors and I can honestly say that there was not a single variety that I did not love. My children completely agreed and those bags of popcorn disappeared quickly!

The cheese popcorn has a wonderful flavor…very cheesy with just the right amount of sharpness to it. I love that they use real cheddar cheese and nothing fake! The caramel corn is sweet and crunchy with tons of caramel on it.

This will really satisfy your sweet tooth. I must say that my all-time favorite is the Caramel Nut Crunch. The deliciousness of the caramel corn with the added bonus of crunchy, sweet nuts! I hid that one…that one was mommy’s!

I have never seen anything like the Chicago mix which is a blend of the caramel and cheddar flavors. It was an interesting experience. A little bit sweet and a little bit salty! And the kettle corn has just a hint of sweetness to it so if you are looking for something a little less decadent than the caramel corn, that would be a tasty alternative!

 

Overall, I can honestly say that these popcorns are all delicious and I was thrilled to see the natural ingredient list, especially the non-GMO corn! That one was very impressive!
