One of the things I enjoy most about fall is the traditional fall scents. Seasonal foods for fall include things like apples, pumpkins and sweet potatoes and spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves go perfectly with them. I like to bring those scents in other parts of the house as well and that includes my beauty routine. This homemade Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Scrub will not only bring the scents of fall into your bathroom but it will also help boost circulation and keep your skin healthy at the same time. This sugar scrub is incredibly easy to make and most people have all the ingredients already sitting in their pantry. You can omit the essential oil if you don’t have it but you can also find this ingredient on Amazon. Check out the Thieves Essential Oil

I have seen brown sugar scrub in high end stores, and it is so expensive! I love this idea of making it myself, I would save so much $ thanks
Scrub? I want to bake with that!
It does look good and smells even better!
I recently tried a brown sugar scrub, but I felt like it was missing something – now I know, essential oils! Thanks so much – I think the oil will really add something to the scrub.
Essential oils are the key to getting a really strong scent!
I have to admit at first I thought ohhh that looks tasty – so sweet. How awful is it when you want to eat a body scrub lol xx
A sign of a good beauty product is that it is safe to eat!
I want to EAT that! I bet my skin would love it too though!
It does look tasty, doesnt it?
