Mint Chocolate Chip Healthy Protein Smoothies

This post about healthy protein smoothies has been sponsored by Aloha and Blog Meets Brand but all opinions are my own.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? We need to break our overnight fast and feed our hungry bellies before we start our day. However, morning is also the most chaotic time of day. It’s when the kids can’t find their shoes and my husband calls to tell me he forgot to put the trash out. It’s the time of day when juice glasses get knocked over and the dog decides to throw up on the living room rug. So, do we have time to make omelets and fancy breakfast wraps for a boost of protein? No. I have been known to eat the kids leftover toast and toss an apple in my purse on the way out the door to drive them to school.

ALHOA chocolate protein powder uses fair-trade organic cacao  and is lightly sweetened with organic coconut sugar. One serving contains 18 grams of plant-based protein. Definitely more than my leftover toast and apple that I usually eat! It also includes wild-harvested vanilla and is 100% free of harsh chemicals, fillers, artificial sweeteners, and “natural” flavors. It’s a delicious way to eat pure and be powerful without stressing out about breakfast.

  1. I never seem to have the time to fit breakfast in. I get so busy that I forget. Not the best habit as I’m sure it lowers my metabolism. I am very interested in Aloha protein. I like that it is a non-GMO and that it is quick to make a protein smoothie. I need to get that plus the protein bars.
