Should you consider an e-reader if you want to go green?

The first thing that went on my daughter’s Christmas list last month was an e-reader. Now that she finally has one she loves browsing through the library site to find new books to check out. My husband has discovered the fascination with online magazines and I admit, I think it is WAY easier to buy a book on Amazon than run to the bookstore. But, is an e-reader an ecofriendly choice?
