What is hemp honey good for? Lots of things! Not only does it contain loads of trace nutrients, but I put it in this cinnamon moon milk recipe as part of my relaxing bedtime routine. Moon milk at bedtime with hemp honey is a great way to ease yourself into a restful night sleep! One teaspoon of HempMe creamed hemp honey contains 13.8mg of pure hemp extract. Hemp honey doesn’t cause a high. This makes it a safer, less controversial alternative to some other CBD products, while still offering significant health benefits.

How to Make Cinnamon Moon Milk
This cinnamon moon milk recipe is incredibly easy to make. Really, it is just warm milk with an assortment of spices and the creamed CBD honey. I add Ashwaganda powder to my moon milk, which is an herb to help with relaxation. Combined with the CBD honey and key factors in milk, this moon milk is one of my favorite ways to relax before bed.
To make moon milk, warm your milk, spices and herbs on the stove. Whisk continuously and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and allow it to cool for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the warm milk to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until frothy. Pour into cups and serve while still warm. That’s it! If you cannot drink dairy, you can make a non dairy moon milk like the one on made on Instagram. Just substitute out your favorite non dairy beverage. But, for a good night sleep, learn to relax at bedtime with moon milk and maybe a warm bath using my lavender oatmeal bath bombs!

Cinnamon Moon Milk Recipe with Creamed Hemp Honey
You will only need about 1 to 2 teaspoons of HempMe CBD Creamed Honey per serving of this moon milk recipe. Remember, this is not just a sweetener so try to stick to the amount recommended per serving. If you need your cinnamon moon milk to be a bit sweeter, add regular honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, etc. I used whole milk for this recipe, however, low fat milk will also work. Of course, the fat gives more ‘froth’ to your bedtime drink but it definitely has more calories as well.
