Do I need that kind of stressful reminder that I am already behind on my holiday to-do list and we just started November? I am trying hard to make a list, stay organized and shop early but I either need more hours in my day or more energy to tackle the things that have to get done. Sure, cutting back on the to do list is also a great idea but we have 2 kids with holiday birthdays (Thanksgiving and New Years Eve) and company coming and there are only so many shortcuts I can take. You think you can’t afford to take off an hour? I promise you will be MUCH more productive after a nap than you would be without one.

Have a protein power snack
