Morning Vitality Drink from Swissotel to Boost Wellness
If you are considering a vacation, a truly relaxing vacation, Swissotel Hotels and Resorts should be high on your list of places to visit. But, if you can’t swing one right now, how about trying out the Swissotel morning vitality drink recipe instead? It is incredibly easy to make and a delicious way to boost wellness, even if you aren’t on vacation!
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 grapefruit
- 2 TSP pine nuts
- 1 handful spinach
- 15 ml honey
- 20 ml water
- Garnish: Grapefruit chips, fresh spinach, pine nuts
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for a minute or so.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
