Tea is one of those beverages that can be relaxing and therapeutic all at the same time. I enjoy a wide variety of teas…some of them are tasty, some of them I drink for health reasons, and a rare few are both useful AND tasty. I recently got the opportunity to try a number of teas from Teamotions and was amazed at the variety of teas that they had to offer. If you have never heard of Teamotions, here is some information about them from their website:

Teamotions offers a number of different teas and each one is designed to help in a different way. You can choose from the following:
- Achieve Clarity (Vanilla Earl Grey)
- Discover Joy (Lemon Vanilla Green Tea)
- Seek Peace (Rooibos Coconut Chai)
- Have Hope (Citrus Strawberry White Tea)
- Enjoy Rest (Apple Cinnamon Chamomile)
- Find Strength (Passion fruit Jasmine Green Tea)
My other top choice was the Enjoy Rest (Apple Cinnamon Chamomile) blend. The flavor of the apple really came through, with hints of cinnamon. I found it to be very comforting and familiar.
All of the teas I tried were wonderful…the flavors were subtle but distinct. You will have your own favorites, I’m sure, based on personal preferences.
My thanks to Teamotions for allowing me to review their teas. If you want to learn more about them you can follow along on Facebook or Twitter.
