So, how exactly does the WannaBeWell app work? First, you create your own personalized Wellness Coach by choosing from several customizable characters. Your Wellness Coach will offer daily motivational and educational messages to keep you moving towards
a healthier lifestyle. It’s like your own personal cheering squad encouraging you to make smarter choices! Your Wellness Coach also sends you ‘Healthy Mission’ tasks and then you can collect trophies for accomplishing each of the tasks.
One aspect of the WannaBeWell app that I really liked was the The Supplement Resource Center. This section of the appoffers users information about vitamins and dietary supplements in an easy to understand format. It also houses thousands of articles that help people make informed decisions when it comes to their diet.
So, if you are interested in getting yourself on track for a healthier lifestyle, WannaBeWell might be just the thing to help you accomplish your goals. Once you download the app, you will take an interactive online quiz that provides an initial wellness assessment of your lifestyle and then offers ways to improve your health.
